Good Afternoon,

I have a good one for you today that will definitely get your body right but it's a tough one. This exercise will target your chest, shoulders, triceps and entire core region if done correctly.

You want to make sure your shoes have a little grip on the bottom if not, it'll definitely make the exercise more difficult. Also be sure that where you are going to place your hands, isn't wet or slippery.

Instructions:

1. Lay body length away from wall on the ground.

2. Press your feet flat on the wall above the height of your glutes
(butt).

3. Tighten your core and thighs so much that now it's a straight line from your heels to your neck and that only your chest and hands are on the floor.

4. Do as many push ups as you can while keeping your feet flat on the wall and off the floor, and body straight as possible.

Optional: You can keep your head up so you don't fall on your face. You can tuck your chin like holding tennis ball under it to have a straight line from your head to your toes but be sure not to land on your face if you fail. The choice is yours.
