I have felt completely off track with my food as of late. The side effect to that is then I feel fat bloated and unmotivated. Tonight I almost skipped Zumba because I felt so sluggish. Instead, I pulled up my big girl panties and went and am so glad that I did. It serves as a mental and physical reset to my week. Time to dial my focus back in on my food.
