I believe I found the most efficient and effective way to exercise. HIIT:
High Intensity Interval Training using the ROWER.
I have used the rower this past week and I found it to be the most complete machine to work my whole body.
I believe this machine and the HIIT method will be my best exercise to stay in shape and burn that hard to get rid of visceral fat I have around my core, belly and sides.
